[Main Ingredient] Enrofloxacin Hydrochloride.

[Properties] This product is a white or off-white powder.

[Pharmacological Action] A quinolone antibacterial drug. Enrofloxacin is a broad-spectrum bactericidal antimicrobial agent exclusively for veterinary use. Its antibacterial mechanism involves acting on bacterial DNA gyrase, interfering with bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair and recombination, thereby preventing normal growth and reproduction of bacteria leading to their death. Its effect shows obvious concentration dependence, with optimal therapeutic effect achieved when blood drug concentration is greater than 8 times the MIC. It has good efficacy against Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Brucella, Pasteurella, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, Proteus, Serratia marcescens, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Bordetella septicemia, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, etc. It has weaker effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus, and minimal effect on anaerobes. It exhibits a significant post-antibacterial effect against susceptible bacteria.

[Action and Uses] A quinolone antibacterial drug. Used for bacterial diseases and mycoplasma infections in chickens, such as chicken colibacillosis, chicken salmonellosis, pullorum disease, chicken pasteurellosis, and chicken septicemic mycoplasmosis.

[Usage and Dosage] Based on this product. For drinking water: 0.367g per 1L of water for chickens. Administer continuously for 5 days.

[Adverse Reactions] May cause cartilage degeneration in young animals, leading to lameness and pain.

[Precautions] (1) Forbidden for laying hens during the egg-laying period. (2) This product should be kept out of reach of children.
